Lovense offers several pieces of software for cam models. Knowing which does what saves a lot of troubleshooting.
The pieces
- Lovense Connect: the app that connects your toy by Bluetooth. Available for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac.
- Lovense Cam Extension: a browser extension for Chrome and Edge that reads tips on supported cam sites and sends commands to your toy.
- Lovense Stream Master: a Lovense streaming tool for broadcasting with toy integration.
- Overlays: Lovense provides overlays for OBS, Streamster and SplitCam so viewers can see toy status on screen.
Basic setup
- Install Lovense Connect and pair your toy.
- Install the Cam Extension in Chrome or Edge and sign in.
- Open your cam site's broadcaster page; the extension detects supported sites.
- Set your tip levels and patterns in the extension.
- Add the overlay to OBS if you use it.
Windows note
Lovense says Windows computers need the Lovense USB Bluetooth adapter for connecting toys directly to the PC.
Troubleshooting
- If tips are not triggering the toy, check that the extension is enabled on the broadcast tab.
- Keep the toy within close range of the Bluetooth device.
- Update the app, extension and toy firmware.
